Answers to Integrity Garage Floors Top 10 most frequently asked questions! Follow these guidelines to make your installation day a success.
What Time will you arrive? Our Technicians will arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 AM.
How long will it take? Most Garage Floors that are under 900 square feet take about 8 hours to complete. Obviously, there are differences in homes that will affect the amount of time it takes. This is just an estimate.
How long until we can use the garage? After 36 hours you can drive on it, walk on it and put your stuff back in.
Do I have to be home during installation? No, we are licensed, bonded and insured. We trust our technicians. About half the time we work the customer is not home.

Do I need to supply anything for the technicians? Access to the garage when they arrive. Access to a bathroom is also nice but, not required. Clean out the garage.
When is payment due? Payment is due the day of service.
What types of payment are accepted? Electronic Checks, Written Checks, Cash, Credit Cards. There is no fee for the different types of payment except credit cards which have a 3% fee. You will receive an electronic invoice via QuickBooks on your email that includes a payment link.
Can I watch the technicians work? Yes, however keep in mind it is a little more difficult to work if you are constantly watching over them.
How do I clean my floor? Sweep it then mop it with Simple Green and water. Don’t use any heavy acid cleaners like the orange or citrus cleaners.
